One very happy customer with The HourGlass, I have been working with Nathan since March, He's able to delivered my wishlist just in time for my big birthday and to be honest I'm surprised and Impressed at the same time. After that I keep coming back to see him constantly, sorry Nathan keep taking your time, He is always being the nicest one and always passionate to explain every single details about Rolex until my 12years old daughter remembered everything and into it now. I was assisted by Cody at this amazing store, Cody provided an amazing service and was extremely knowledgeable was able to answer every question I had about multiple brands and timepieces. Looking forward to building my watch collection further with them in the future. Would recommend the store to everyone I know who is looking to purchase a new watch, already recommended a friend to purchase from them recently also and he was extremely happy with the service and knowledge.

Excellent service on more than one occasion!. Nathan is exceptional in his product knowledge. Nathan has sold me a few pieces. I would highly recommend Nathan and Hour Glass to anyone wanting to purchase a Rolex watch Further to this when Nathan gets you what you want! Amazing guy and service. Now i have my own small collection.
